Since our formation in 2010 we have concentrated on the unconditional purchase of various brownfield sites with a view to adding value through our extensive knowledge of the UK planning system.  We have established ourselves with an enviable reputation as a specialist in transforming existing commercial land through obtaining planning consents for residential or mixed-use schemes.

In 2017 we launched the Stonegate Foundation which supports local charities, organisations, schools and support groups.  We also work alongside some incredible organisations, athletes and events by sponsoring Dorking Wanders FC, Dorking CC and Sutton & Epsom RFC. 

I, Jerry Hinds, Founder and Director have a real passion for horseracing and have enjoyed many successes with National Hunt horses Tea Clipper, Traffic Fluide, Dorking Boy, Glory & Fortune, Megastar, Violet Dancer to name a few.  Since venturing into flat racing with horses at Faringdon Place Stables, I have enjoyed winners with Dream Show, Cephalus & Roxzoff.

I really appreciate this sponsorship opportunity which enables Charlie’s owners to reclaim VAT on all training activities.  The sponsorship scheme started on Monday 12th April 2021, for an initial 2 year period which has now been extended to the 11th April 2025.  Sponsored horses will carry the Stonegate Homes logo on the chest and collar of the owner’s colours. Branded polo shirts, gilets, jackets and hat covers will be provided for all the staff to wear in the yard to create a uniform look.
